Senior Software Development Engineer

- Design and develop control, machine software & hardware for high speed automated machines
- Participate in the technical architecture, functional requirements, and technical specifications of products and projects.
- To analyze and implement customer requirements
- Documentation for software design, operation manual, troubleshooting guide and other necessary support documents.
- Setting up Demo station and automation environment for remote debug.
- System Integration with Vision, Laser & Tester.

- Conducts in house technical training for junior engineers
- Provide customer support towards resolving software bugs or developing new software features within the feasibility of structure design, time and budget.

Requirement

Vision System Engineer

Job Descriptions
- Use custom or off-the-shelf Vision Software(s) to perform duties.
- Write, Compile, Manage and Debug Software Codes by integrating Image Processing Soultions to Automation or relevant applications.
- Assemble, setup, troubleshoot, modify and optimize Vision Systems while working closely with the Design Engineer.
- Coordinate and run evaluations for vision solutions with customer’s samples and/or requests.
- Acquire and Analyse images to accurately identify “golden” image and specific defects in images.
- Work with Vendors to understand the latest tools.
- Work with Engineering, Sales, and Customers to understand customer needs, develop Application-specific solutions, and suggest system enhancements or changes to meet these challenges.
- Work directly with Customers to help them understand and effectively use our products without disclosing confidential design elements or other customers’ proprietary information.
- Evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to exceed customer expectations.
- Provide feedback on application issues to Engineering for product refinement and design.
- Provide support to production team for machine build issues related to vision.
Requirement

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Descriptions
- Completes design on automation equipment and component parts.
- Select cost saving components to meet customers specification.
- To complete functions; prototype demonstration to potential customers.
- Generate technical concepts, layouts and technical calculations.
- Prepare production drawings, assembly drawings, pneumatics drawing and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support production team during the machine test run, final stage of fine tuning of the machine and machine buy off.
- On site support for mechanical related issues.
- Cooperate closely with all other departments (Software, Store, Fabrication, and Service).

Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience designing of handling
- Strong interest in robotics and automation and capable of designing tooling from sketches or verbal concepts and able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong background in 3D Cad Design, FEA, geometric and dimensional tolerances. Knowledge of calculating forces (inertia, torque, etc.) in order to perform engineering calculations relating to machine and tool designs.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment providing accurate and timely output to a high standard.

- Generate CNC program based on the drawing and machining process.
